Shipping & Returns


It usually takes 2-3 business days to process the order before shipping the order out. We will send you the tracking number once the package was shipped out. Usually, the estimated arrival time is around 10-20 days.  Please note: orders are shipped on week days only. 

Required Delivery Information

The buyer should offer the exact delivery information including:  name, detailed address, province / State, city, country, post code, phone No. We are unable to change the address for the buyer after the package was shipped out.  If the package was lost due to the wrong delivery information, the seller won’t  take any responsibility.


If the buyer wish to cancel the order, the buyer must email the customer service within 24 hours. Shipped orders cannot be canceled.


Returns in the unlikely event of manufacturing faults, we would replace/repair the products at no cost to the customer. To return an item, you must email us and inform us of the reason. We will then provide you with further instructions. You have 15 days from purchase to return your item(s) back to us.

1.Item(s) were not On Sale, a special offer or promotion at the time of purchase.

2.Item(s) must be in the original packaging which must be in original condition. This includes branded dust bags and accessory packaging.

3.Item(s) must be unworn and unused with the original tags still attached. Items sealed for hygiene reasons can only be returned if the seal is intact.

4.Underwear cannot be returned unless faulty.


To exchange a product, you must email us and inform us of the reason. We will then provide you with further instructions. The goods can be exchanged within 15 days of the receipt date provided they are unworn and in the original condition with all the original packaging and labels .When returning an item for an exchange, please ensure that your name, address, phone number and instructions are clearly indicated. All shipping costs associated with the exchange of goods are the responsibility of the consumer.
